    it’s possible to do that… But takes a little time to do. You download the mp3 you want, then you have to download music editing software, then cut the song, convert it to an MP4 format and then upload the cut MP4 file to yahoo brief case and send that file to your cell phone email address and click on the link and download it. I do it will all my songs that I have set on my phone as ring tones.
